The model of providing a fixed price to everyone as unsustainable. The future should follow a digital freemium model where the majority receive free education, which is paid by government who are investing in future workforce or key industries or companies as part of their recruitment, the institutions make money by monetizing the top 5% or 1% such as those in business or income share agreements
