Do you feel like we are
Do you have a feeling that things could be so much better?
My thesis is this:
We are going through a transitional period
We are not living up to our absolute potential - far from it
Thinking about how we are organised is the highest leverage activity we can do
We need to re-examine the operating principles and upgrade our operating system and institutions.
For example:
Birth rates are falling - this is not inevitable, it is a signal.
Many countries are experiencing some form of political chaos or zigzagging - wasting enormous energy and resources. This is also not inevitable. This is also a signal.
They are signs of a mistake in our thinking that needs course correcting.

I’m writing in the following sections
Manufacturing Scarcity. Scarcity is not inevitable and a sign of failure usually because of a confusion about what should be done by the state and the market, and because we are using thinking is outdated. This can be upgraded on the societal level.
China & The World
Opportunities - the changing nature of careers and jobs.
Mindset - our own mindset is the thing not taught but most important to our success.
